| Company Description: ESAG is a management-owned company primarily specializing in after sales services in Switzerland. Two main service centers (one located in the German part, the other in the French part of Switzerland) as well as a technical field service department are part of the independent service organization. ESAG employs approximately 50 people solving around 36.000 service cases per year.ESAG provides technical systems and solutions sold mostly through its partners. Responsibilities as engineering, delivery, installing, supporting and even financing a technical infrastructure are taken on by ESAG. Many Swiss retail companies have found in ESAG an excellent Single-Point-of-Contact partner for their technical POS infrastructure, particularly with regard to their cash systems. ESAG also services 800 digital signage screens in Switzerland.
