MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Support regional sales team in all technical questions about VS products and solutions. Work closely with customers and partners to advice in all technical questions and propose best solution. Train Distributors as well as Reseller / System Integrators and help the sales team to shorten the sales cycle and successfully close projects with end customers. Communicate market condition and requirement closely with Product Planning and Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution and Project Management
- Support sales team in DACH region in sales activities
- Internal and external point of contact for technical and product questions
- Support of Reseller and System Integrators for large customer projects
- Test and verification of solutions and compatibility with existing environment
- Manage implementation and installation and guarantee it’s done properly
- Manage and maintain internal show room to keep it up to date
- Development of customer reference
- Cooperation with product planning and marketing to communicate market conditions and requirements in the DACH region
- Technical trainings, product and solution presentations to partners and customers
- Understand competitive products and position VS accordingly
- Support planning and execution of national and international trade shows and events
- Support development of marketing material
- Manage and maintain demopool
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience/Qualifications
- Technical competence in IT and Vidio technology and applications including cloud and service
- Experienced with customer and partner management
Skills/Behaviours
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
