For the Headquarter located in Neuss (close to Düsseldorf) we are currently looking for a new colleague to Support our new business area Toshiba Ellumina Digital Signage Services, which will be launched to the market during 2015, as a

Digital Signage Consultant (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Consult customers in Germany in defining Digital Signage objectives and turn them into concrete projects together with the German Direct Sales organization
• Take a leading role in the entire sales cycle and position yourself as the „trusted advisor“
• Manage the won projects and secure optimal customer satisfaction from delivery to operation and continuously propose new developments of content helping customers to improve their business
• Take part in development of Digital Signage concepts build on customers feedback and turn them into saleable solutions
• Design of the required solutions together with our Professional Service Department
• Participate in Digital Signage promotions such fairs, seminars, customer workshops, etc.
• Meet and maintain relations with key clients on C-Level, new acquired customers and market specific partners

Your Qualifications:

• Excellent Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing Communication, Journalism, Art & Design or equivalent
• First years working experience in Digital Signage/Marketing/Agency/TV-Production/Journalism or similar areas within visual communication, multimedia design especially targeted towards the retail and hospitality industry
• The conceptual design and distribution is your stronghold
• Used to work closely with customers in defining visual communication concepts
• Experience in developing and presenting relevant and convincing business proposals for target customers
• Strong communication, presentation and networking skills as well as international orientation
• Good spoken and written German and English
• Availability to travel within Germany at least five times a month
• Ability to work in collaborative team environment
• Take the initiative to be an expert at your job and an expert on our products
• Knowledge of data analytics and Business Intelligence systems
