The restaurant Seafood in the gate area of the Oslo airport has a simple yet compelling Digital Signage solution in place. Two 42” Samsung displays are mounted in portrait format next to the entrance of the dining floor. This area is fenced of by a hip high wooden barrier in which both displays are directly integrated. The technical integration is well made, however at the time of the survey one display had been obviously damaged as it was hanging askew in the housing. The content is still images with animated fading. The loop consists of classical menu board content like product offers with pricing and branding images. The overall impression of the installation is good.
