H&M Regent Street
The H&M digital signage installation is an interesting case. The window towards Regent Street is almost completely filled by a very large LED board in portrait format. The rest of the window has been completely closed by a black passe-partout. Depending on the current campaign, the edges of the window can additionally be designed by stick on foil. The technical installation is simple and the LED modules are not integrated in the furnishing, but mounted directly on the wall. However the black background has the effect that this simple solution will be almost non-discernible for the general viewer. The content is made up by current image campaigns and fashion videos. In general no H&M store has any form of digital signage installed. However at this prime location directly on Oxford Circus the push factor of the other competing fashion brands is so high that the management opted for such a singular lighthouse installation. The overall impression of this digital signage installation is very good.
