O2

The O2 store on Oxford Street shows a standardized store window digital signage installation. The concept was developed and rolled out by the IT integrator Computacenter. It consist out of two 65” displays mounted back to back from the ceiling. The technical installation is good, however the whole installation is not integrated in any shop furnishing and hence makes a very technical impression. Also the displays take up some glare from the window (from the inside the viewing impression is perfect). The content running on the screens is a standardized promotional mix, with offers from all business units. The quality is good a throughout in the company CI. The installation has been rolled out over more than 250 locations. Citing the O2 management the implementation has had a clear impact on the customer, as it increased sales by roughly one quarter after installation.
