Latest program update

Next week the „OVAB Digital Signage Conference Munich“ (17/18 Sep, Kempinski Airport Hotel Munich) will be opening its doors for the eighth time. Now we have just updated the conference program.

On the 17th and 18th of September 2014 numerous lectures and panel discussions on digital signage and digital out of home will be held at the Kempinski Airport Hotel Munich.

The OVAB Digital Sigane Conference Munich is going start on Wednesday with the OVAB Annual Membership Meeting followed by the OVAB Standards Workshop which focuses on the new OVAB Europe recommendations and guidelines. At the same time on 17th of September a Digital Signage Installation Tour will take place in Munich’s city centre.

30 speakers, 9 presentations, 6 panels and 2 tracks

On the 18th of September the conference participants will be presented with a busy program. One highlight will be a keynote presented by Christian Schmalzl, COO Ströer Media, who will talk about “Public Viedeo” right after the invidis opening keynote of Florian Rotberg and Oliver Schwede. At lunch break Wolfram Last (NEC) and Susanne Gomez (InoNet) will invite all interested participants to the special Guided Tour Airport Munich.

On Thursday afternoon the program includes two parallel tracks. At the digital signage track best practice presentations will be held for instance by representatives of Umdasch Shopfitting, Ars Electronica Solutions, Sevenval, RMG Networks, McFit and Lekkerland. Besides two interesting presentations with Tim Last (Grand Visual) and Dr. Frank Goldberg (Digital Media Institute) there are also three panels with speakers of companies like Grand Visual, Broadsign, Goldbach Media, Neo Advertising SA, Promiflash, Seen Media, Ayuda Media Systmes, Silverflow Media, Österreicher+Wagner und VUKUNET on the DOOH track.

On the Panel „OVAB Europe Digital Signage & DooH Panel – Worldwide Industry Outlook 2015/16“ Damon Crowhurst (Scala), Brian Dusho (Broadsign), Ronni Guggenheim (Navori), Vladimir Kozlov (DigiSky) and Bob Raikes (Meko) are going to discuss some current and future developments in the digital signage and digital out of home industry at the closing of the conference. At the networking event the conference participants can enjoy the end of the evening together at the Airbräu.
