Great Interest in Digital Signage Retail Projects

In its fourth year the digital signage conference at Integrated Systems Russia has been established as one of the two relevant annual events for Russia and the CIS. More than 80 end-user from the retail industry and government participated at this year’s conference.

The line-up of speakers differed to previous events by focusing on retail success stories in Russia. Digital Signage Projects from L’Etoil, Krispy Kreme, Sbarro, Uniqlo, Toyota and others were presented. The communication solution and real life benefits were in focus pushing discussions around technology in the background. First priority have concepts targeting consumers and their needs.

As in previous years Denis Zelser from Enlighted presented fascinating projects for fashion and automotive retailer. Many of them building on gamification strategies to gain individual data from consumers in a playful manner.

L’Etoil gave some insights in Russia’s largest Perfumery-Retail concept and how they transformed their Moscow flagship store into a digital signage paradise. Jewelry retailer Adamas presented global best practice and the challenges of digital signage in jewelry stores.

The Russian digital signage market has made huge progress compared to the first conference four years ago. Concepts and installations are on a par with Europe sometimes even better. Krispy Kreme’s Russian market menu board solution was so much better that the US headquarter adopted the concept for other markets.

The 4. International Digital Signage Retail Conference 2014 has again been organized by ISR and OVAB Europe in cooperation with Digisky. This year’s presentations and speakers:
