Convenience not only involves various aspects, but also lies in the eye of the beholder. From the supplier’s point of view, convenience is primarily about efficiency – for example, in terms of warehousing, reverse logistics, or obtaining customer data. From the consumer’s point of view, convenience depends on individual service preferences, but it always means added value as part of the experience.
